Fiber is important for your liver-
To keep the liver healthy, include foods with more fiber in the diet, such as whole grains, whole grain breads, fruit vegetables, oats and brown rice fiber are good sources.
Eat more and more salad with food –
You know how much advice is beneficial for health. If you take a salad with food, it is very beneficial for your digestion and for liver. 8:00 am: A glass of lukewarm water.
Breakfast 9:00 am: Two pieces of vegetable sandwich or a bowl of vegetable votes.
Mead Morning 11:00 to 11:30: A bowl of seasonal fruit or coconut water.
Lunch 1:30 to 2:00 pm: About 60 grams of brown rice, two-piece multigrain bread, a small bowl of lentils, seasonal vegetables.
4:00 pm: Seasonal fruits, vegetables or salads.
Late at 6:00 pm: a handful of nuts.
