Fiber is important for your liver-

To keep the liver healthy, include foods with more fiber in the diet, such as whole grains, whole-grain bread, fruit vegetables, oats, and brown rice fiber are good source.

Eat more and more salad with food –

You know how much advice is beneficial for health. If you make a salad with food, it is very beneficial for your digestion and for the liver. You can also use cucumber, beetroot, tomato, and other raw vegetables in salad as a salad for a healthy diet. Whenever you have a meal, take a sufficient amount of salad in the meal along with it.
